This isn’t a big launch or a grand opening—just a quiet beginning.
I’ve had this website for a while, but like most things in my creative life, it needed to sit for a bit. I needed to find the right pace, the right way to speak in this space. My work moves slowly, and I’ve decided that this space will too.
Photography, for me, has never been about speed or spectacle. It’s about noticing—how light moves across a wall, how ivy reclaims a stone, how grief lingers in the soft edges of a place. I work with film, with pinhole, with expired paper and quiet processes that take time.
This journal entries will hold reflections on process, place, seasonal shifts, and whatever else feels relevant in the moment. I might write about a walk I took, or a print I’m working on in the darkroom. I might share a photograph and nothing else.
Thank you for being here, at the beginning. If you’ve found your way to this page, I imagine you’re someone who values quiet too.
Here’s to slowing down in the moment.
